Keep people and roles distinct

About AMLUM
AMLUM starts with a familiar problem: having the information without a clear view of how it fits together. We are developing an AML/CFT platform for Slovakia and Czechia that keeps people, documents and decisions within the same case.
Why we are building AMLUM
A company extract is in a folder, authority to act is in an email, and a colleague knows why the decision was made. The next deal or change means bringing those pieces together again.
We are building AMLUM around a shared case. People, ownership, evidence and decisions should stay connected, so the understanding does not depend on one person’s memory.
The principles behind the product
Three design principles: distinguish the people, explain the conclusion and retain responsibility.
A client, a representative and an owner can all be involved in one deal. Their roles are different. Questions also need to reflect the country and service.
Explore clients and authority to actA conclusion needs usable evidence and approved rules. A missing answer must remain visible; a score cannot resolve it.
Explore an explainable approach to riskA clearer view should make the case easier to understand. It does not replace professional judgement or legally required human decisions. Responsibility and reasoning should remain traceable.
Explore history and accountabilityBefore an introduction
AMLUM V1 is in final development and integration. This website uses illustrative situations; an introduction will distinguish the proposed workflow from currently verified capabilities.
We will discuss your activity and team needs to establish where they fit the confirmed product scope.
A familiar situation is the best starting point. We will discuss where AMLUM could help and what its current scope includes.
